Fitness Update

Just wanted to do a quick update. I have been going to work out - I'm hoping to make it to the gym at least 3-4 days a week because lets be realistic I have two kids and I work 10 hr days and have to make dinner and sometimes there's just not enough hours in the day.

I did make it to the gym both Saturday and Sunday this weekend. I may go tonight but I'm not 100% sure because I may be selling a few things from Craigslist tonight so I probably have to meet up with the buyers. But maybe later tonight...we will see! I did weigh in on Friday as part of my competition and I'm down to 152 so down another pound! Hoping to keep that up this week.
